If we need to order a specific part, we will tell you upfront and give you a revised timeline before we begin.

Yes, we offer in-home piano tuning throughout Dubai. Our piano technician visits your home or studio, assesses the instrument's pitch level, and carries out the tuning on-site. The session takes between 60 and 90 minutes for a standard tuning. If the piano needs a pitch raise first (which happens when a piano has not been tuned in over a year), we carry that out in the same visit followed by the fine tuning. When a piano drops significantly below standard concert pitch (A440), it cannot simply be tuned up in one pass. The string tension changes as you tune one section affect other sections. A pitch raise is a rough tuning pass that brings the whole instrument up to approximate pitch first, after which the fine tuning is carried out. Most pianos that have not been serviced for more than 12 months need a pitch raise. Our technician will tell you immediately after inspection whether this applies to your piano.

A single pad replacement starts from AED 60. A full repad and overhaul — which involves removing every pad, cleaning the body, replacing springs, and fitting all new pads — starts from AED 800 depending on the saxophone type. Alto saxophones are typically at the lower end of this range; baritone saxophones cost more due to the number and size of pads involved.

Yes. This is one of the most valuable services we offer. A pre-purchase assessment costs AED 100 and takes approximately 30 minutes. We provide a clear written report on the instrument's condition and any repair costs you should factor into your purchase decision. For pianos, we can attend at the seller's location — call us to arrange this.

For genuine performance emergencies — a broken string the morning of a concert, a guitar that will not intonate — call us directly and we will do our best to fit you in the same day. Urgent service may carry a small priority fee, but we understand that a musician's schedule cannot always wait. Call rather than messaging in urgent situations so we can respond immediately.

Yes, and this is more common than you might think. We regularly receive instruments that have had previous repair work that was not carried out correctly — particularly guitars with incorrectly fitted nuts or frets that were levelled unevenly. We always carry out a full diagnostic before touching anything, explain exactly what the previous repair did or did not address, and then give you a clear picture of what the correct repair involves.
