Town Square is a 750-acre Nshama development on Al Qudra Road, and it's not the kind of place where one-size-fits-all maintenance works. You've got apartment blocks like Zahra Breeze, Jenna, Warda, Rawda, Una and Liva sitting around the Main Park, then townhouse clusters like Zahra, Hayat, Noor, Naseem and Sama with their own gardens and garages. Each pocket throws up different problems, and our technicians know which is which before they leave the depot.

In the apartment buildings, we get the usual high-rise calls — blocked kitchen sinks, AC compressors that need regassing after running non-stop through July and August, DBs that trip when half the building switches on their units at 6pm, and balcony doors that swell up and refuse to slide during the humid months. The newer apartment phases — Jenna, Warda, Rawda around the Main Park, plus the southern blocks like Una and Liva — still have their share of snagging jobs.
